| Placement Procedure |
|
１．Open a hole into an insulation using a Slidart punch (twist-in vertically).
２．Press the insert into the opening of the insulation.
３．Drive the insert with a hammer vertically and anchor firmly.
４．Screw in a bolt to the full depth to prevent loosening
▲Precautions in Placement
・The insert may be lifted due to vibration when another insert is driven.Before
concrete is placed,check that the inserts are completely driven in without
lifting.
・Due to various factors,the nails may remain embedded in the ceiling slab,
embedded nails must be pulled out using pliers etc.
・Drive the insert carefully so that the base of the insert will not penetrate
into the insulation. |
